These Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.8ll-studios.com (the “Site”), operated by 8LL Studios (“we”, “us”). By visiting the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Terms for individual projects and services are agreed separately in a written contract with each client and are not covered here.

All content on this Site — video, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, layout, design, logos and trademarks — is owned by 8LL Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights.
Downloading, copying, reproducing, republishing, distributing, sharing, screen-recording, modifying, or using this content in any form, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes any use for training, fine-tuning or evaluation of machine learning or artificial intelligence systems, and any automated scraping or data mining.
You may view the Site and share links to it. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use our work or our clients’ brands.
Unauthorised use will be pursued under applicable copyright law, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
3. Client and third-party material
Work shown on the Site may include material owned by our clients or licensed from third parties. Rights to that material remain with its respective owners and no permission to use it is granted here.
